How much does shipping cost?▼
Shipping within the Philippines cost PH 400 per item. Contact hello.marricola@gmail.com for shipping costs to your country.
When will my purchase ship?▼
Orders are typically sent out 1 business day after the order is placed (if it’s a pre-order, the lead time is specified on the product page).
How long will it take for my package to arrive?▼
Delivery takes between 1-7 business days within the Phillippines. Contact hello.marricola@gmail.com for shipping times outsite the Philippines.
Pre-Order▼
Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date is specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. For orders that contain an in-stock item, your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item right away. No additional postage charge will be incurred.
How can I track my order?▼
You can track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.

If a product is not in stock, when will it be available again?▼
Our stock is updated regularly. If the item you would like to purchase is not available, you can place a backorder(if it is available), or you can always sign up to our waiting list to be notified when the item becomes available again.
Which payment methods does Marricola accept?▼
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, JCB, Maya, Gcash and WeChat Pay. Payments are securely processed through our eCommerce partner, PayMaya. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects the transmission of all payment information. Your credit card is securely stored and is compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
Can I change or cancel my order?▼
We process orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. However, if you contact us immediately, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Where can I find my invoice?▼
We send an order confirmation email along with your confirmation. You can download the email to use as an invoice.

Where are the products made?▼
Marricola’s raison d'être is to design and create beautiful bags that you fall in love with. Every item is produced to last a lifetime. To be fully dedicated to our strategy and to fulfill our never ending-demand for quality and sustainability, we produce our bags in our production facility in Cebu, Phillipines.
What materials do you use?▼
All Marricola bag exteriors are crafted from recycled plastic, sourced from local communities and factories in Cebu, Philippines.
This material is then carefully sorted, cleaned, and curated before being meticulously arranged and then heat-pressed to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind designs.
This process not only results in a stunning aesthetic but also gives new life to materials that would otherwise contribute to pollution.

How should I care for my Marricola bag?▼
Each MARRICOLA piece is made to last a lifetime. To ensure that your piece remains in good condition, kindly follow the simple care instructions:
Simply wipe the outside with a damp cloth. Never use alcohol or alcohol based wipes.
For the drawstring bag, follow these steps:
Detach Bag: Remove the drawstring bag by taking out the nut securing it.
Wash Separately: Machine or hand wash the drawstring bag separately.
Avoid Direct Sunlight: To preserve the bag's color and material, refrain from storing it in direct sunlight.
General Care: Remember to avoid overloading your bag to prevent strain on seams and straps. When not in use, store the bag in the provided dust bag in a cool, dry place.
