Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship our products worldwide as well as within the Philippines.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order’s weight, size, and destination. The price will vary depending on the region.
Shipping Carriers
For domestic orders within the Philippines, we use the local postal service. For international orders, we use FedEx and DHL to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery times vary based on location:

Cebu area - same day or next day delivery
Rest of the Phillipines: 5-7 business days
*International:*
• Asia: 7-14 business days
• Europe: 10-20 business days
• North America: 10-20 business days
• Rest of the World: 14-30 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Pre-Order
Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date is specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
For orders that contain an in-stock item, your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item right away. No additional postage charges will be incurred.
Tracking
If shipping outside Cebu, we provide you with a tracking number via email 1-2 days after shipping.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello.marricola@gmail.com for further instructions. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Learn more here.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us at hello.marricola@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as best as we can, whether that means replacing the item or providing a refund.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Marricola Fashion Accessories Retailing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the recipient (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
